“Add ELD Account” Screen with Motive OAuth Integration

Follow these steps to ensure a smooth authentication process and proper connection status handling for enabling Motive OAuth integration.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Operations > ELD Accounts.
  2. Click "Add".
  3. Select “Motive” from the “ELD” dropdown.
    1. Click “Motive Authentication” button.
    2. Complete the OAuth process and return to the screen.
  4. Toggle “Allows use ELD” checkbox below the dropdown.

Checking the Integration Status

  1. Check the “Status” column for connection status.
    1. If “Disconnected,” click “Refresh Token” in the popup to reconnect.
