“Add ELD Account” Screen with Motive OAuth Integration
Follow these steps to ensure a smooth authentication process and proper connection status handling for enabling Motive OAuth integration.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to Operations > ELD Accounts.
- Click "Add".
- Select “Motive” from the “ELD” dropdown.
- Click “Motive Authentication” button.
- Complete the OAuth process and return to the screen.
- Toggle “Allows use ELD” checkbox below the dropdown.
Checking the Integration Status
- Check the “Status” column for connection status.
- If “Disconnected,” click “Refresh Token” in the popup to reconnect.
