Settlement Upload
This article explains how mygroundforce Settlement Upload feature works.
Users can have their weekly FedEx Linehaul Settlement uploaded to the system in two ways:
1. Through Integration Settings
You can add your FedEx credentials directly in Organization > Integration Settings.
Mark the checkbox to allow mygroundforce to automatically import your FedEx Ground settlement every week.
Provide your FedEx ID and Password in the required fields.
Optionally, you may also enable the system to update your password periodically (every 30 or 60 days).
2. Maual Upload
You can still upload the PDF and CSV files from your FedEx mybizaccount website manually. The system checks for manually uploaded files twice a day (morning and afternoon) and processes them automatically.

In both cases, if the system encounters any errors during settlement upload, you will be notified by email.
