User Activity Log (Audit) Request

mygroundforce users can request an users' activity log (audit) to see who created, modified, or deleted data.

To see a user's activity log (audit), please follow the steps below:
  1. Logging in to the mygroundforce customer support portal at https://desk.zoho.com/portal/mygroundforce/en/signin.
If you are already logged in, click here.
  1. Now scroll down and click on Submit a ticket.
  2. Fill out the form and submit your ticket by typing in the description field "user activity audit log request".
  3. In the body of the ticket, please specify the username, initial data and end date you wish to see the user activity log.
