Create Weekly Plan

  1. On the left side menu of the screen, click on Operations.

  2. Under operations click on Weekly plan.

  3. Click on + Add to create the Weekly plan.​



      4. Now select the start date.
      5. Once you select the start date, the end date and the 'Date' field will be filled in automatically, Weekday will be filled according to the day that was filled in the Date field. If you need to change it, just click on it and change it to the desired date.



Fill in the form fields. Fields marked with a red asterisk * are mandatory and not filling them will unable you to save. When finished click on Add, which is at the bottom right corner of the page.


Confirm the action by clicking Yes.



The run will be added to the bottom section of the page, which lists all runs within the selected week. After adding all runs for that week, click on Save.
To make changes to a run simply click on the driver's name or FedEx ID under the acronym of the day of the week.

Confirm the save again by clicking Yes.
