Custom mygroundforce Notifications
In this mygroundforce article, we will show you how to create custom notifications.
1. On the left side menu of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Then click on Notifications.
3. Click on the Custom tab
4. On the Custom tab, click + Add.
5. Create a Description (title) for your notification.
6. In the Status dropdown field, select Active if you to activiate this notification.
7. Write a Message to appear on your notification.
8. Select your notification Frequency. Depending on the choosen frequency, a new detail column will appear on the right to refine your notification frequency.
9. Choose the method of sending this notification: In the first option, the notification is sent to the E-mail of all employees with the selected profile.
10. In the second option, the notification will go to the SMS of all employees who have the chosen profile.
11. In the third option, the notification will go to the e-mail of certain employees that you choose.
12. In the fourth option, you can send the notification to specific e-mails, remembering that E-mail addresses must be separated by a semicolon.
13. After filling everything and choosing the sending method, click Save to create the notification.
14. Click Yes to confirm the creation of this notification.
