Customer Onboarding - First System Access

When you first access mygroundforce it is necessary to create your password by clicking the link sent on the e-mail you informed during Onboarding.

Clicking on "Click here to create your password" you will be redirected to the page and after entering matching passwords and clicking "Reset password" you will be redirected to the log-in page.

Proceed to log in by entering your username and the password you previously created.

At the first login, go to the menu option "Organization" > "Organization Settings". When accessing this screen you will be able to set your account preferences, which include:

1. Automatic Linehaul Settlement Upload.

This option turns on the mygroundforce weekly automatic settlement upload feature. To switch this on, enable the checkbox and fill out the FedEx ID and current Password field.

2. Automatic FedEx mybizaccount Password Update.

mygroundforce offers a feature to automatically update your mybizaccount password, so you don't have to update. To enable this feature, enable the checkbox and set your current password in the field below.

In case you won't be using this feature, when you update your password in the FedEx Portal, you will need to update it in mygroundforce by using the field on the aforementioned Step 1 of this article.
