Daily Service Worksheet (DSW) Report (FedEx Documents)

The Daily Service Worksheet (DSW) is a FedEx report that myGroundForce makes available inside the system, so you can view the same information you would see in FedEx without leaving myGroundForce.

Where to find it

Go to Reports → FedEx Documents → Daily Service Worksheet.

How to use

At the top of the screen, choose:

  • Facility: the location you want to review (you’ll see all facilities available for your company)

  • Date: the day you want to view

  • Driver: choose a specific driver or keep All

  • Items per page: how many rows you want to see at once (default is 100)

On the right side, you can click Excel Export to download the results.

What you will see

The report is organized into 7 tabs, the same way FedEx groups the DSW information:

  • Service Area Details

  • Preload Data

  • P&D Results

  • Status Code Packages

  • DOT Hours and Miles

  • PU Perf.

  • Premium Services

Each tab shows a table with the details for that section.

How the data gets into myGroundForce

Most of the time, the system collects this report automatically every day from FedEx for all facilities available to your company. By default, it looks for the most recent complete day (usually yesterday).
