The Daily Service Worksheet (DSW) is a FedEx report that myGroundForce makes available inside the system, so you can view the same information you would see in FedEx without leaving myGroundForce.
Go to Reports → FedEx Documents → Daily Service Worksheet.
At the top of the screen, choose:
Facility: the location you want to review (you’ll see all facilities available for your company)
Date: the day you want to view
Driver: choose a specific driver or keep All
Items per page: how many rows you want to see at once (default is 100)
On the right side, you can click Excel Export to download the results.
The report is organized into 7 tabs, the same way FedEx groups the DSW information:
Service Area Details
Preload Data
P&D Results
Status Code Packages
DOT Hours and Miles
PU Perf.
Premium Services
Each tab shows a table with the details for that section.
Most of the time, the system collects this report automatically every day from FedEx for all facilities available to your company. By default, it looks for the most recent complete day (usually yesterday).
