- Log in to the mygroundforceâ„¢ system using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will be directed to the Home Page. On the left menu, locate and click on the "Reports" icon.
- A list of available reports will be displayed. Scroll down and click on the "Fuel Carbon Dioxide Emissions Report" option.
- The Fuel Carbon Dioxide Emissions Report interface will appear, showing several fields such as Date, Vehicle, Items per page, and Quarterly. The report will also include columns for Tractor Number and Carbon Dioxide Emission.
- To filter the report data, enter the desired period into the provided field. The report calculates the Carbon Dioxide Emission based on the formula: number of gallons x 10.22245024 (e.g., 10.22245024 kg/gal x 3 gal = 33.66 kg CO2e).
- Once you have entered the desired filter period, the report will automatically update to display the relevant information.
Printing the Report:
- To print the report, click on the "Print" button.
- Configure the print parameters as needed.
