How to Apply Payroll Hourly Rates to Employee Timesheets
The system now automatically synchronizes the hourly rate configured in Payroll Settings with the Hourly value field in the Employees Timesheet screen.
This enhancement ensures that the hourly rate configured for payroll is automatically applied to employee timesheets, keeping payroll configuration and timesheet records aligned.
How it works
The system retrieves the hourly rate configured in the Hourly field under the Hourly/Weekly Salary Pay option from the applicable payroll configuration:
- Payroll Settings > Entity Payroll Settings
- Payroll Settings > Payroll Settings by Region
- Payroll Settings > Employees Payroll Settings
The configured hourly rate is automatically populated in the employee's timesheet based on the Payroll Entity or Payroll Region assigned to the employee.
