How to access unregistered Employee Data Report

The Unregistered Employee Data Report allows users to identify missing employee information and review which employee records have or do not have specific data registered in myGroundForce.

Step 1: Access the Unregistered Employee Data Report

From the left-side menu, navigate to:

Reports > Employee Reports > Unregistered Employee Data

Step 2: Filter Employee Information

In the Unregistered Employee Data Report screen, use the column filters to define how you want to view the information.

Each filter provides the following options:

• All: Displays all records, regardless of whether the information is registered.
• Registered: Displays only records where the employee has the selected information completed.
• Unregistered: Displays only records where the employee does not have the selected information completed.

You can apply these filters to review missing employee information and identify records that may require updates.

Step 3: Export the Report

After applying the desired filters and reviewing the results, you can export the report.

In the upper-right corner of the screen, select the desired export option:

• Excel
• PDF
• Print

The report will be generated according to the selected format.
