How to Create a Work Order and Send It to the MMR

This article explains how to create a Work Order and automatically send it to the myGroundForce MMR module.

Step 1: Access the Work Orders Screen

Navigate to:

Vehicles > Maintenance > Work Orders

From the Work Orders screen, click Add.

InfoNote: The Work Order Items list includes a Work Order Description column, allowing you to view the complete description of a work order directly from the list without opening the record.

Step 2: Complete the Work Order

Enter all required information for the Work Order.

Step 3: Set the Status

After completing the Work Order information, set the Status to Repaired.

This indicates that the maintenance work has been completed and is ready to be sent to MMR.

Step 4: Enable the MMR Automation

Before saving the Work Order, select the Include in MMR Report checkbox.

When this option is enabled, the Work Order is automatically sent to the MMR system after it is saved.

Step 5: Save the Work Order

Click Save to complete the process.

The Work Order will be created and automatically synchronized with the MMR.

Additional Information

Work Order Items

  • Previously, the system required an Issue to be created before generating a work order. This is no longer necessary.
  • As a replacement, we’ve introduced Work Order Items, which can be added to your work order if needed to represent each maintenance item inside a work order.

InfoNote: Work Orders and maintenance records synchronized through the Loves Fleetrock integration are automatically assigned the Lovesfleetrock source value. This source identifies records created through the integration, allowing them to be easily tracked and distinguished from manually created maintenance records.
