📥 How to Manually Import WEX Fuel Transactions into myGroundForce®

myGroundForce® allows you to manually import fuel transactions using an Excel file. Follow the steps below to complete the process:

🔑 Step 1: Download the Excel File from the WEX Portal

1. Log in to your WEX portal.
   
2. From the left-side menu, click Transactions.
   

1. Select View Transactions.
   

1. Use the date filter to select the date range you want to import.
2. Click the file icon and choose Download as CSV.
   

🚚 Step 2: Upload the File to myGroundForce®

1. Log in to your myGroundForce account.
2. Navigate to Operations > Manual Upload - WEX.
3. Click Import File and then Choose File.
4. Select the Excel file you downloaded from the WEX portal.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the upload.
