How to list multiple maintenance items for one vehicle's MMR?

To list multiple maintenance items for one vehicle you just need to separate the maintenance items in different lines, repeating the value on the column Month / Year * so the system will group them in the same Monthly Maintenance Record Registry.

After importing the aforementioned spreadsheet, the system will show the following MMR for vehicles with the two maintenance items we listed on the spreadsheet.
