How to turn off myGroundForce Email / SMS Notifications?

When your email address and/or phone number is registered in myGroundForce, you may receive email and/or SMS notifications at the email address and/or phone number associated with your myGroundForce record.

These notifications are used to keep you informed about system events and other relevant updates.

How to Stop Receiving Notifications

If you no longer wish to receive email or SMS notifications, you have the following options:

• Contact your company's administrator and request that your user profile be updated.
• Ask your administrator to disable your notifications by navigating to Settings > Notifications.
  
• Contact the myGroundForce Support team by emailing support@mygroundforce.com and requesting that your Email / SMS notifications be disabled.
  

1. Go to Settings > Notifications.

2. Select the notification and Click on Disable

3. Then, click "Yes"

Note: Some notifications may depend on your user profile and your company's notification settings. If you are unsure which notifications can be disabled, contact your company administrator or the myGroundorce Support team for assistance.
