How to request new Dashboards?

This article will tell you how to request new Dashboards for your home screen. The availability of new Dashboards to users is subject to prior analysis and your request is not guaranteed to be approved.

From any mygroundforce screen you can add a ticket, to do this, just click on the speech bubble icon located on the bottom right corner of the all pages.



Fill in the form with your information so that we can have your contact information (it is mandatory to fill in the email and phone number).



Select which module or feature you would like to talk about,  then scroll down.



Put here the subject and description of what we can help you with, then scroll down again. Include the most amount of detail you can, use the paper clip icon to attach files.



Finally, choose the priority of your subject and the rating of your ticket (question, problem or feedback or something else)



To send as an attachment any file that helps to understand the subject, click on the paper clip and choose the file.



To finish click Submit. If you want to erase all information from the ticket form and start over, click Reset.
