I answered "Yes" to the first question and "No" to the second. However I was told the second question can only be answered if the first question is a "No". How do I change it to be left in blank?
To change the second question to be left blank, you need
to click on the edit button next to each of the MMRs you
wish to make this change.
Once the MMR opens, click on the selected option you want to be left blank. This way the question will be left unasnwered.
