Individual Vehicle Mileage Report (IVMR)

Overview

The Individual Vehicle Mileage Report (IVMR) shows the mileage for each company vehicle. This helps meet FedEx and IFTA requirements.

  • Each truck (Unit No.) has its own report.

  • Info
    If a truck had no trips, an empty report is still created.

  • You can view, download, or email reports in PDF format.


How to Access

  1. Go to the menu: Reports > Vehicles

  2. Open Individual Vehicle Mileage Report

Choosing Filters

Before generating a report, you can choose:

FieldWhat to do
Vehicle   Pick a single vehicle or choose All to get reports for every truck.
Period Type    Choose the time range: Weeks, Months, Quarters, or Years.

Period Details:

  • Weeks: Last 12 weeks (~3 months)

  • Months: Last 6 months

  • Quarters: Last 2 quarters

  • Years: Current year and previous year


Viewing Report Periods

After selecting filters, you will see a table with available periods.

  • Select at least one period before exporting or emailing the report.

  • Columns include Start Date, End Date, and a checkbox to select the period.

Understanding the Report

Each report shows:

Header Information

  • Station number, company name, company ID

  • Vehicle number, driver name(s), driver ID(s)

Trip Details

  • Date of trip

  • State or province

  • Odometer start and end readings

  • Route information

Actions – How to Use

  • Download Excel – Click the orange button to get a .xlsx file.

  • Download PDF – Click the orange button to get a .pdf file.

  • Send by Email – Click the orange button to send the PDF to recipients.

Email Notes:

  • The report uses your Email Distribution List.

  • Select the report and recipient list, and the email is sent automatically.

InfoTips & Rules
  • Always select at least one period.

  • While the report is generating, buttons will be disabled and a loading spinner will appear.

  • Reports are cached to make loading faster next time.
