Information on Location field

Starting February 7th, 2023, the field Location on the Employee Registry will be mandatory. mygroundforce users need to fill out this field before this date. Otherwise, the system will automatically fill in this field with the information from the field Domicile.


 

This field will serve to create "regions" within this module. The regions will utilize the locations and will also be used to filter information on dashboards and areas where vehicles or employees are present, allowing for better visualization of the presented information. Both vehicles and Employees share the same locations.


To add a location for an employee:

1 - Click on "Employee Registry"

2 - Click on the blue "+" button

3 - Click on "Location Registry" and name it according to your preference



To add a location for a Vehicle:

1 - Click on "Vehicle Registry"

2 - Click on the blue "+" button

3 - Click on "Location Registry" and name it according to your preference

To check and add this location to a region:

1 - Click on "Regions"

2 - Click on "+Add"




3- Provide a name for this region to identify it in the filter list.
4- You can also create a new location if needed. This field allows you to select which locations will be associated with this region.
