MMR Import Feature

MMR Import Feature

This article will show you how to add several MMRs at once, using the import feature.

     1. On the left side menu of the screen, click on Vehicles.
      2. Then, click on MMR.
      3.  Now click on Create.
      4.  Finally, click on Import multiple tractors.

      5. Click on Download Template to download the template file to fill in the information of the MMRs you want to import.

      6. Open the template you downloaded and fill in the requested information. After filling the template completely, save it as an XLS (Excel 97-2003) or XLSX (Excel 2007 and later versions) file.
To create multiple records for the same MMR, repeat the same Tractor Number, Month/Year, Service Provider Business Name, Current Mileage (Odometer Reading), Were any repairs or inspections or preventative maintenance performed on this unit?, Was the unit out of service and unable to provide service (i.e. awaiting repair on litigation hold etc.)?, and Owner (Signature).

      7. Click on Choose File and select the file you just created, then click on Import to complete.

To use the new MMR attachment capabilities when creating (importing) multiple MMR records using the spreadsheet template you will need to add the attachments after importing your records, by clicling the paperclip button, located on the right of each MMR's row or on the bottom right corner of the MMR creating screen.
