mybizaccount password expired, how do I reset it?

Step 1: On the left side menu of the screen, click on Organization.

Step 2: Under the Organization menu item, click on Settings.

Step 3: On the Settings page, next to the FedEx Id field, delete the old password and update with the new one.

Step 4: Scroll down to the end of the page and click on Save.

Step 5: A pop-up will appear, click on Yes.
