Organization, Entity, Contracts and their relationship on mygroundforce
This article aims to clarify mygroundforce users about the relationship between Business Group, Organizations, Entities, and Contracts.
The image below shows the interaction between the elements aforementioned.
- Business Group: represents a group of organizations - if you only have one organization (see description below), your organization will be the same as your business group.
- Organization: represented by each account created on the FedEx website (FedEx mybizaccount Login), which may contain multiple entities (v-numbers).
- Entity: is a company represented by the v-number in the FedEx registry.
- Contract: is the contract between FedEx and each company.
