• Business Group: represents a group of organizations - if you only have one organization (see description below), your organization will be the same as your business group.
• Organization: represented by each account created on the FedEx website (FedEx mybizaccount Login), which may contain multiple entities (v-numbers).
  
• Entity: is a company represented by the v-number in the FedEx registry.
• Contract: is the contract between FedEx and each company.
