Configuring Your Organization Information

To ensure smooth operation and integration within the mygroundforce system, follow these steps to configure and update your organization information:

  1. Access Organization Settings
    Navigate to Organization and then select Organization Settings. This section allows you to modify important details.

  2. Email Notifications

    • Email: Enter the primary email address where you would like to receive system notifications. This is crucial for keeping you informed about updates related to your account.
  3. FedEx Credentials

    • FedEx ID and Password: You can update your FedEx ID and password here. It’s essential to keep your password synchronized with the one you set on FedEx before Tuesday night. This ensures that your settlements remain current in the system.
    • Automatic Password Updates: You have the option to enable automatic updates for your FedEx password. When this feature is activated, you will receive notifications with your new password, and our system will always store your latest credentials with FedEx.
  4. Truckspy Integration
    If you have a Truckspy account, you can integrate it with MyGroundForce for streamlined data management. To do this:

    • Save your Truckspy login, password, and connection keys.
    • Obtaining Connection Keys: Log into your Truckspy account, go to the Company tab, and click Add in the API Tokens section. Enter the MyGroundForce URL (https://app.mygroundforce.com/) and click Save. This will generate your client key and secret key. Store these in the Organization Settings. The integration will take effect in up to three hours. For urgent data needs, please reach out to our support team.

  5. TireView Connection

  6. REL Fuel Card Program
    If you use the REL fuel card and want to view the data in the dashboard and reports, please select "Yes" in the question shown below:

  7. Final Steps
    After making all necessary changes, click Save. It’s vital to review the information on this screen to ensure accuracy, as correct details are essential for effective integrations within the system.
