Overtime Rate for Non-Driver Hourly Employees

This article will show you how to use the Overtime Rate on non-driver employees' Payroll Report.
1. On the left side menu of the screen, click on Employees.
2.  Then click on Employee Registry.
3. Choose the Non-Driver employee to set up their Overtime Rate, to select click on his respective edit symbol under Actions.

4. In the Payroll Settings tab, make sure the Hourly checkbox is enabled and activate the Overtime Rate switch by cklicing on it.

5. In the field Overtime (in %) on the right side of the switch, you can fill in the aditional percentage hourly rate that the employee will earn for their overtime, the percentage is added to the employee's regular salary.
For example, if an employee's overtime rate is double their Hourly Rate, the value of this field should be 100.00%



6. To save your changes to the Overtime Rate, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.



7. Finally, click Yes to confirm saving this record.
