Performance View and Company Diagnostic Report (AI-Powered Dashboard)

Overview

The Performance View is a dedicated dashboard that provides a high-level visualization of your company’s performance over time.

It combines KPI metrics, annual trends, and AI-generated insights to help identify patterns, compare results, and understand performance changes.

Users can also generate a Company Diagnostic Report, which provides a detailed analysis of the selected period.

How to Access

· Go to the main menu and click: Performance View


Header Controls

At the top of the screen, you can control how data is displayed.

  Period Selector

Choose the time range you want to analyze:

·      Week (default)

·      Month

·      Quarter

·      Semester

·      YTD

·      TTM (Trailing Twelve Months)

·      TTM shows a rolling 12-month view based on the selected reference period.

Compare To

Defines what the system uses as a baseline for comparison:

·      Previous period

·      Same period last year (default)

·      52-week rolling average

·      Custom range

If Custom range is selected, a date range selector will appear.

 Understanding Comparison

All KPIs compare two periods:

·      Current period – Comparison period

 Comparison Modes

·      Same Period Last Year
Compares the selected period with the same dates from the previous year.

·      Previous Period
Compares with the immediately preceding period.

·      Example:

If Month is selected → compares with the previous month

·      52-Week Rolling Average
Uses the last 52 weeks to create an average baseline.

The current week is not included

Each week has equal weight

Weeks without data are counted as zero

·      Custom Range
Allows you to define a specific comparison period.

KPI Cards

At the top of the dashboard, you will see 4 KPI cards:

·      Total Revenue (No Fuel Surcharge Deduction)

·      Labor Utilization (No Fuel Surcharge Deduction)

·      Fuel Profitability

·      Net Revenue per Mile

Each card displays:

·      KPI name

·      Main value

·      Percentage change compared to the selected comparison

·      Trend direction (increase or decrease)

·      Display Notes

Values may be abbreviated for readability

Hover over values to see the full amount

Ratios display up to 2 decimal places

If data is unavailable, the system shows: Not available

Each KPI includes an info icon with additional details.

 Annual Performance Chart

This chart shows performance trends across multiple years.

X-axis: Weeks (1 to 52)

Multiple lines represent different years

Hover to see exact weekly values

If no data is available, the system displays:

No annual data available

 

Key Insights (AI-Generated)

This section highlights patterns and observations based on your annual data.

Displayed as insight cards in a grid

Each card includes a title, optional value indicator, and description

Some insights may reference specific week ranges

If insights are not available, the system displays:

AI insights are currently unavailable

 Run Company Diagnostic Report

Click:
Run Company Diagnostic Report

This action:

·      Generates a diagnostic analysis for the selected Period and Compare To

·      Opens the report in a modal after completion

·      A tooltip next to the button explains the action.

Report Status

Near the Run button, you will see:

Last generated date and time

Option to regenerate the report

If no report exists:

No report generated for this Period + Compare mode

 Company Diagnostic Report

Overview

The Company Diagnostic Report provides a detailed analysis of your KPIs for the selected period.

It highlights performance changes, risks, and areas that may require attention.

 Report Structure

Header

Displays:

·      Selected period

·      Comparison baseline

·      Generation date and time

·      Data coverage summary (when available)

Overall Status

Displays a general performance status:

·      Healthy

·      Attention Required

·      Critical

·      Includes a short explanation based on KPI behavior.

 

Actions

·      Export PDF (Dashboard)

·      Click Export PDF on the main screen.

The file includes:

·      KPI cards

·      Annual chart

·      Key Insights

·      Selected Period and Compare To context

·      AI-generated content notice
