Safety Forward Integration Help Article


Now customers can access your Safety Forward account, driver safety training, and pre- and post-trip inspection capability directly from mygroundforce™.

If you are using the auto-complete login and password feature in your browser, you will need to inactivate this feature for the Safety Forward website for this integration to work.


Owner Profile Settings - to be performed prior to first access to this integration.

For the owner to access through the mygroundforce™

web application, the owner must enter their FedEx ID in their User registry.

The owner must log in mygroundforce™ by accessing app.mygroundforce.com.

On the left-side menu, select Users. Find the Owner used and click the edit button, located next to the disable button. Enter the FedEx Id for the Owner User.


Owner Profile Access:

The owner must log in mygroundforce™ by accessing app.mygroundforce.com.

Next, on the left-side menu, go to Partners and click on the Safety Forward logo.


The application will redirect the user to the Safety Forward website inside mygroundforce.


Driver Profile Settings - to be performed prior to first access to this integration.

For the driver to access Safety Forward thru the Driver App, the owner must grant access to the Driver Profile by checking the "Safety
 
Forward - Driver App" item in the Driver profile.

On the left-side menu, select Settings > Profiles.

Next, each driver that will access Safety Forward on mygroundforce™
needs to have their FedEx ID updated on their user registry.

On the left-side menu, select Users. Find the User and click the edit button, located next to the disable button. Enter the FedEx Id for each user you wish to grant access to Safety Forward.


Driver Profile Access:

The driver must log in mygroundforce™ by accessing app.mygroundforce.com.

After login, the driver will see the features allowed by Safety Forward.


When the driver clicks on Safety Forward:
