A scheduled maintenance item helps to keep track of all the present and future vehicle maintenances.
Every time one of the vehicles in this group reaches a pre-established scheduled maintenance item, its details field color on the Scheduled Maintenance page will change to red.
For details on scheduled maintenance item overdue, see Scheduled Maintenance Overdue.
Here you will learn how to create a scheduled maintenance item.

  1. On the left side menu of the screen, click on Vehicles.
  2. Under the Vehicles menu item, click on Maintenances.
  3. Under the Maintenances menu item, click on Configurations.
  4. On the Configurations page, under Scheduled Maintenance Items click on the button +Add.
  5. Under the Scheduled Maintenance Item Registry in the Name field, add a name for the new item.
  6. In the Every field, select if the maintenance will occur after a specific number of Days, Engine Hours, or Miles.
  7. Still in the Every field, add the number of days, engine hours, or miles according to your previews selection.
  8. In the Assign To field, select a vehicle maintenance group.
A Vehicle Maintenance Group needs to be pre-created before it can be selected in the Assign To field.
For details on how to create a vehicle maintenance group, see Adding Vehicle Maintenance Groups
      9. In the Status field, set it to Active.
      10. Click on Save.
