Settlement Report

Settlement Report

The settlement report shows data from settlements imported from the FedEx website in a format that makes it easier to search, sort, and export all settlement data.

Here is how you access the settlement report:
  1. On the left side menu of the screen, click on Reports.
  2. On the Reports screen, click on the Settlement Report tab.
  3. Use the buttons "Excel", "PDF", "Print" and " Download Settlement PDF" (Downloads the settlement statement Fedex file) to export the settlement report.
  4. Use the dropdown options to filter settlement data.
  5. Use the tabs "Linehaul Trips", "Spots", "Fuel Purchase", "Tractor Repairs/MISC" "Other Adjustments" and  "Totals" to select which section of the settlement you want to see.
