Shuttle Flat Rate Import Feature

Shuttle is a category of linehaul run/trips which have shorter mileage. mygroundforce users can define the mileage that will categorize a run/trip as a shuttle for each entity on the system by going to the Entity Payroll Settings (Organization > Entity > <Click Action Edit> > Payrolll Settings Tab). Shuttle trips are shown in the linehaul section of your weekly FedEx linehaul settlement.

 This article will show you how to add several Shuttle Flat Rate payroll records at once, using the import feature.

      1. On the left side menu of the screen, click on Settings.

      2. Then, click on Shuttle Flat Rate.

      3. Click on Download Template to download the template file to fill in the information of the Shuttle Flat rates you want to import.

      4. Open the template you downloaded and fill in the requested information, each line will create a different Shuttle flat rate. After filling the template completely, save it as XLS (Excel 97-2003) or XLSX (Excel 2007 and later versions) file.

      5. With the template filled in and saved, click on Import to upload it

           6. Click on Choose File and select the file you just created, then click on Import to complete.

If your import template contains errors, mygroundforce will show you a popup detailing the records successfully imported and all adjustments needed to the records that weren't imported so that you can fix them and perform a new Import.
