Spot Payroll Value cannot be $0.00. See spot trip list.

In the Pending Payroll tab, you can see all payroll information that needs to be addressed.
If you come across the message: "Spot Payroll Value cannot be $0.00. See spot trip list.", you have to correct the value of all spot trips (with this error) in the Driver Payroll Report - Dispatch screen under the Spot tab.

Here you will learn how to solve the "Spot Payroll Value cannot be $0.00" error message. See spot trip list warning:
  1. On the left side menu of the screen, click on Reports.
  2. Under Payroll, click on Payroll Report.
  3. Under the Drivers tab, select the Contract ID for the designated driver.
  4. In the Payroll Date, select the date on which the warning was created.
  5. In the Driver, select the designated driver.
  6. In the table's field under Name, click on the designated driver's name.
  7. On the Driver Payroll Report - Dispatch screen, click on the Spot tab.
  8. In the table, under the Payroll Value column, search for $0.00 values.
  9. In the $0.00 row, under the Action column, click on the  icon.
  10. In the Spot screen, in the Spot Rate field, add a non-zero positive value.
  11. Click on Save.
