Employees Timesheet Import Feature

 This article will show you how to add several Employees Timesheet records at once, using the mygroundforce import feature.
    1. On the left side menu of the screen, click on Reports.
    2. Then, click on Payroll Report.



      3. On the Payroll Report screen click on the Non-Drivers tab.



      4. Click on Download Template to download the template file to fill in the information of the employee timesheets you want to import.



      5. Open the template you downloaded and fill in the requested information, each line will create a different Employee Timesheet. After filling the template completely, save it as an XLS (Excel 97-2003) or XLSX (Excel 2007 and later versions) file.



      6. Back on mygroundforce's Payroll Report Non-Drivers tab screen, click on Import to upload the previously saved file.



      7.  Click on Choose File and select the file you just created, then click on Import to complete.
