Vehicle Maintenance Report

This article will show you how to access and use the Vehicle Maintenance Report.


  1. On the left side menu of the screen, click on Reports.

  2. Under the Vehicle's report group, click on Work Order.




  1. In the Work Order Report it is possible to use filters to refine the information that appears on this screen.





3.1.   Work order number – Created by the system.

3.2.  Status: Here you can refine using the maintenance status: Assigned, On-hold, Repaired, Resolved, Not-actionable.

3.3. Priority: In this filter, you can choose the types of Priority: High, Medium, and Low

3.4. Vehicle: Here you can select one vehicle to analyze its maintenance.

3.5. Assigned To: This filter allows you to refine the search and will bring the responsible mechanic for some work orders.

3.6. Created After/Created Before: These two filters allow you to refine the report by its creation date, the first filter refines the result showing all the maintenance that happened after a certain date, and the second one shows all the maintenance that happened before a certain date.

3.7. Region: This filter allows you to refine your information based on the regions where certain vehicles are located.




4. You can Download the information by clicking on "Export PDF" 


            
      
            4.1. To export a single document, you must select one by marking the checkbox next to "Create at" in the grid.
            4.2. This will export all the information displayed on the grid screen.
            
            5. To send a Work Order, you must mark the checkbox next to "Create at" in the grid. This Work Order will then be sent to the individual responsible for that specific Work Order.
