MMR Exceptions

This tutorial will show you how to access and use the MMR Exceptions tab.
If you see a system alert for MMR Exceptions on the right upper corner of the screen, click on More Details inside that alert to see which MMR Exceptions you need to solve to make that popup go away next time you access your Dashboard.
  1. On the left side menu of the screen, click on Vehicles.
  2. Then, click on MMR.
  3. Under MMR click Review All.

      4. On the MMR page, click on the Exceptions tab.

      5. To help you look for specific MMR Exceptions you can use the filters on this screen. The first filter on the left, allows you to refine your MMR Exceptions list by date, selecting a start and end date, so that only the MMR Exceptions that fall between these dates appear in the list.

      6. The Vehicles filter allows you to refine your MMR Exceptions list so that it only shows the vehicle of your choice, just click and select. To show all vehicles just keep the "All" option selected.

      7. The domicile filter allows you to refine your MMR Exceptions list according to the vehicle domicile, showing only the MMR Exception of vehicles that have this domicile. To show all vehicles just keep the "All" option selected.

      8. Use the buttons PDF and Print to export your MMR Exceptions.

      9. The MMR Exceptions has 3 columns, Month/Year that shows the reference period of the missing MMR, Domicile which shows the Domicile of the tractor (same listed on the vehicle registry), and Tractors without MMR that shows the tractor number.

      10.  In the actions column, by clicking the "+" button it is possible to go to the MMR creation screen directly and resolve this exception by creating the MMR for it.
In this article, you can know in detail about how to create an MMR:

      11.  At the bottom of the page, there is the option to email the list of MMR exceptions to a specific distribution list.

      12. Just select the distribution list you want, and click Yes to send.
