myGroundForce provides granular control over how your expense categories contribute to key dashboard metrics and reports, particularly those related to fuel and DEF analysis. This feature ensures that your financial reporting accurately reflects the costs you intend to include in specific calculations.
Purpose: Checking this box marks the expense category as a potential contributor to various fuel and DEF-related calculations across the system. If unchecked, the category's expenses are not included in these specific calculations.
