Motive Driver Events Report

Introduction

mygroundforce release 1.87 introduces a new Motive Driver Events Report which displays all selected entity driver's events, as shown in the Motive system.

Steps to Access the Motive Driver Events Report

  1. Navigate to Reports:
    • Go to Reports > Employee > Motive Driver Events Report.

Note

Events will be updated once a day to pull the events that were registered in the Motive system in the last 24 hours.

Requirements

  • Ensure the driver information in the mygroundforce Employee Registry matches the driver information in Motive's system in order to show the Driver Name in the report.
  • The Motive OAuth 2.0 Integration must be configured and working. This can be set up under Operations > ELD Accounts.

Generating the Report

  1. Select Date Period:
    • Use the filters From Date and To Date to select a date period.
  2. View Driver's Events Data:
    • The system will display all selected entity drivers' events data, including Performance Events, Harsh Events, and Speeding Events, as recorded in the Motive system.

Filtering the Report Data

  • Use the Show Only Drivers Identified filter to select only the data matched with mygroundforce, or all data returned by Motive, regardless if matched with a driver registered in mygroundforce.
  • Use the Driver filter to select one specific driver you wish to see the data for.
  • Use the Region filter to filter drivers for specific regions. The report will match drivers with regions according to the Regions registry (Operations > Regions) and the associated location in the Driver's Employee Registry.

Exporting the Report Data

Click on the buttons Excel, PDF, or Print to export the report data in the respective file format.
