Adding Multiple Vehicles Using the Import Feature

Besides adding vehicles one by one on the Vehicle Registry screen, it is possible to add several vehicles at once by importing information from an XLS/XLSX (Excel file extension) template.
Only XLS/XLSX (Excel format) files can be imported.

Here you will learn how to import multiple vehicles using an XLS/XLSX file:

  1. On the left side menu of the screen, click on Vehicles.
  2. Under the Vehicles menu item, click on Vehicle Registry.
  3. On the Vehicles Registry page, on the right side of the screen, click on Import.
  4. On the import popup, you will be prompted with two buttons:
    1. Click on Download Template in the center of the page to enter vehicle information.
    2. After filling your template with all the records, click on ‘Choose file’, and choose the template file ( XLS/XLSX format ) you filled in.
  5. After uploading your template, click on Import to finish.
