Robotrax

Robotrax

The Robotrax Report functions by pulling ELD data, matching it with Driver, Vehicle, and Customer Station information in mygroundforce, and identifying vehicle trips by combining this information and recognizing patterns. Therefore, both ELD and mygroundforce information must match and be kept up to date. Specifically, the following information is required:

  1. Vehicle Registry:

    • Vehicle number and VIN must be correct, updated, and match the data in the ELD.
  2. Employees Registry:

    • Driver name and FedEx ID must be correct, updated, and match the data in the ELD.
  3. Customer Station:

    • Customer station information must be accurate and up to date.

Setting Up the Robotrax Feature:
  1. Navigate to the Operations menu.
  2. Click on ELD Accounts.
  3. Select the Add button.

If you are using Omnitracs ELD follow these steps:

Please note that the company name is a mandatory field. If you don’t need this information to log in to Omnitracs, simply enter the entity name, save the changes, then click on the edit button to remove the company name and save it again.

The data may take a moment to load, depending on the number of vehicles.

In order for Robotrax to function properly, the following driver and vehicle information must be present in Omnitracs and match the information in mygroundforce:

  • Drivers' hours of service must be updated.
  • Driver information must match the details in the Employee Registry on mygroundforce.

  1. On the Reports > Driver Logs tab, the report must be completed accurately and match the driver and vehicle information in mygroundforce.

If you are using Motive ELD follow these steps:

Log into your Motive portal, and request an API key.

To learn more about generating an API key, please follow this tutorial from Motive website:

Once the API key is generated, please enter it in mygroundforce and click on save.
The data may take a moment to load, depending on the number of vehicles.

Additionally, ensure that:
  • All vehicles have the appropriate ELD model set in the vehicle registry.
  • All employees are registered in the Employee Registry tab.

In order for Robotrax to function properly, the following driver and vehicle information must be present in Motive and match the information in mygroundforce:
