The Robotrax Report functions by pulling ELD data, matching it with Driver, Vehicle, and Customer Station information in mygroundforce, and identifying vehicle trips by combining this information and recognizing patterns. Therefore, both ELD and mygroundforce information must match and be kept up to date. Specifically, the following information is required:
Vehicle Registry:
Vehicle number and VIN must be correct, updated, and match the data in the ELD.
Employees Registry:
Driver name and FedEx ID must be correct, updated, and match the data in the ELD.
Customer Station:
Customer station information must be accurate and up to date.
Setting Up the Robotrax Feature:
Navigate to the Operations menu.
Click on ELD Accounts.
Select the Add button.
